According to the Trademark,1999 the Trademark is valid for 10 years. A Trademark that is registered can be renewed for 10 years again. The registrar of trademarks will send you a reminder letter stating the expiry of the trademark 6 months before its expiry and if the proprietor fails to renew the trademark, then he shall lose all the protection that comes along with the registration.
