Provisional Patent Registration

When an inventor does an invention but that invention is not complete and can’t be disclosed to the public, in this scenario the inventor can file a provisional patent application. The inventor is given 12 months to file the complete patent. This means if the inventor does not have all the specifications or all the details about the invention and that inventor needs time to gather the remaining information and at the same time wants to protect his/her invention can file for Provisional Patent.
