What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the state of involvement or active engagement. How do people achieve it? Learning to be mindful does not require meditation. It is the simple process of actively noticing new things. We live a very fast-paced life pace and the stress levels of most people are at an all-time high. Job pressures juggling with family commitments and general day to day life stresses can lead to a feeling of overwhelming along with various other negative emotional states, such as burnout, anxiety, and depression. By going through these negative emotional states, employees are still attempting to perform well in the workplace. These constant negative impact of stress on the body and mind deteriorate physical and mental health.
