Emotional Intelligence (EI) is also known as Emotional Quotient (EQ), an ability to manage ones and other emotions. It is becoming vital to our success in the digital future of work. If we pick up any CV today, not even one candidate/employee has an emotional intelligence trait mentioned on their CV as “listening” or “empathy”, it’s here where our workshops come in to help them recognise their valuable skills to outperform not only within their workplace but even in their personal life.
